Welcome to SocialPulse ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SocialPulse.

1. What SocialPulse is

SocialPulse is a community where creators discover and support each other's content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Members earn points by watching, following, subscribing or liking other members' content, and can use those points to show their own content to other members.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
• One person may have only one account. Creating multiple or fake accounts is not allowed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.

3. Points

• Points are a virtual reward inside SocialPulse only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and are not money.
• We may change point rewards, prices and limits at any time.
• Points earned through cheating, fake accounts, bots or actions you did not really do may be removed.
• If an account is closed for breaking these terms, its points are lost.

4. Fair play rules

You agree to:

• Only engage with content you genuinely watch or enjoy, and really complete each action you claim.
• Not unfollow, unsubscribe or remove likes after collecting points.
• Not use bots, scripts, VPN farms, automation or multiple accounts.
• Not submit links to content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, misleading or that you do not own or have rights to promote.
• Follow the rules of every platform you use (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and others).

Creators can report members who claim actions they did not do. Reports reduce the member's trust score and points. Accounts with low trust may lose the ability to earn, or be closed.

5. Third-party platforms

SocialPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X or TikTok. These platforms have their own terms and may limit or remove engagement they consider artificial. We do not guarantee any number of views, subscribers, followers, likes or any result on those platforms, and we are not responsible for actions they take on your account.

6. Paid features

We may offer paid features in the future (for example premium membership or point packs). Prices will be shown before you pay, and purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using SocialPulse at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, harm other members or put the service at risk.

8. Disclaimer and liability

SocialPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data or channel performance arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we will show a notice on the website. Continuing to use SocialPulse after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law and contact
